must be shown in the log

The Award is free of charge but I do ask that the amount below is paid to cover cost
of postage and hard backed envelope :

** If you wish to use IRC’s instead of the above, then the IRC’s
must be the ‘new’ IRC’s with Expiry 2013 (sample below).
IRC’s with ‘Expiry 2009’ will no longer be accepted.
